Over the past three decades, the Intradco team has transported an array of wildlife and protected species of all shapes and sizes around the world – from alpacas to zebras and all those in between.
Our experienced team of animal transport specialists have successfully coordinated relocation projects around the world, including movements of giraffes, bucks and big cats.
We work closely with zoos, global organisations, and game reserves, across many high-profile relocation missions, to support breeding and re-population, as well as international conservation projects and emergency and rescue operations.
When organising cargo shipments for specialist relocation projects and time-critical operations, we can guide you through the quarantine procedures in different countries and international protocols, including IATA’s LAR regulations and CITES documentation.
Our dedicated team can offer advice and take care of any additional airline requirements for you. Contact us today if you would like to find out more about Intradco’s global animal relocation services, and range of in-air stalls and penning equipment available for long-term lease or rental.
Bovine and bucks
Species such as wildebeest and buffalo are transported in a similar arrangement to cattle; using our range of bespoke equipment our specialist team can arrange custom-built stalls to suit the animal’s size, weight and capacity.
Larger species such as giraffe are transported in Boeing 747 and Boeing 777 models owing to their size, and each project requires meticulous planning. Our dedicated team work with airlines to custom-build loading bays and specialist stalls to accommodate their larger-than-life occupants.
Each of the hand-made crates feature small viewing gaps to allow the vet and in-flight care team to monitor the animals throughout the flight.
